1. Click on Projects from the main navigation menu to access the project and workspace management section where all active workspaces are maintained.
2. Select the required workspace from the workspace list to open its project dashboard and manage related tasks, timelines, and team activities.
3. Navigate to the Task tab inside the workspace to view all workspace tasks, overdue items, ongoing activities, and task execution details.
4. The highlighted section displays the allotted or estimated duration assigned to the task for workload and time tracking purposes.
5. A. Displays the current task progress status.
B. Choose task stages such as:
Pending
In Progress
Completed
On Hold
Cancelled
6. Choose the task category to define the nature of work being performed.
Available options include:
Feature
Bug
Documentation
Other
Meeting
7. Assign the priority level for the task to indicate urgency and importance.
Priority options include:
Low
Medium
High
Critical
8. Use the Attach Files option to upload supporting documents, screenshots, references, or other resources related to the task.
9. Click on the Description tab to add detailed task information, instructions, checklists, notes, or execution requirements.
10. A. Open the subtask management section.
B. Click Create Subtask to divide the main task into smaller actionable items for better tracking and execution.
11. Provide a clear and meaningful subtask title to identify the activity or work item being created under the parent task.
12. A. Define the subtask start date, start time, and color code for identification.
B. Choose whether the task will use:
Estimated Time
or
End Date & Time
C. Specify the expected completion duration for the subtask.
D. Select one or multiple assignees responsible for completing the subtask.
13. Enable:
Is Billable Task if the work should be billed to the client.
Is Review Task if the task requires approval or review before completion.
14. Enter detailed execution instructions, notes, deliverables, or task requirements in the description editor to guide team members properly.
15. Click on Create Sub Task to save the subtask and add it under the parent task for execution and tracking.
16. The newly created subtask will appear in the subtask list with details such as:
Status
Workspace
Start Date
Estimated Duration
Worked Duration
Assigned User
17. Click on the created subtask to open its detailed task management page for updates, collaboration, and tracking.
18. Open the Files tab to upload attachments, project documents, images, PDFs, or other resources specific to the subtask.
19. Use the Comments section for team discussions, updates, clarifications, collaboration, and progress communication related to the subtask.
20. Open the Total Worked Time tab to monitor the actual time logged against the subtask by assigned users. This helps compare estimated time versus real execution time for productivity and project tracking.
21. Click on the Activity tab to review all actions performed on the subtask, including status updates, assignments, edits, comments, uploads, and workflow changes for complete activity tracking and audit visibility.
22. Enable:
Is Review if the subtask requires manager approval or verification before completion.
Is Billable if the work performed under the subtask should be included in client billing or project costing.
